Terms of Use

These terms apply to the IG Mass Media Downloader browser extension and its licensing service, provided by NovaByteWorks, an independent developer based in India ("we"). By installing the extension you agree to them.

What you get

The free tier lets one Instagram account download three distinct profiles. A Monthly plan unlocks unlimited profiles and renews automatically each month through Razorpay until you cancel it, which you can do at any time on the manage page of this site or through the link in Razorpay's emails; access continues to the end of the paid month. A Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase that unlocks unlimited profiles for the life of the product. Either plan may be used on up to two Instagram accounts. A licence key is personal and may not be shared, resold or published.

Your responsibilities

Use the extension with your own Instagram account and at your own risk. Automated access is contrary to Instagram's Terms of Use; Instagram may rate-limit or restrict accounts that use tools like this one. We are not responsible for any action Instagram takes against your account.
Download only content you have the right to save. Downloaded media remains the property of its creators; respect their rights and applicable law.
Do not attempt to circumvent the free-tier limit or the licensing service, and do not redistribute modified versions of the extension.

Refunds and cancellations

All purchases are final. The free tier exists so you can try the extension fully before paying: three complete profile downloads and unlimited single-post downloads, with every feature, on your own account. Please use it first.

A licence key is delivered digitally the moment payment completes and cannot be returned. Months already charged on the Monthly plan are not refunded; cancelling stops future charges.
If you were charged twice for one purchase, or charged without receiving a working key, write to us with the payment id from your Razorpay receipt and we will put it right, including a refund of the duplicate charge.
Where consumer law in your country grants rights that cannot be waived, those apply.

Any refund we do issue goes back through Razorpay to the original payment method and usually appears within 5 to 10 business days.

Payments

Payments are collected by NovaByteWorks through Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. The price shown at checkout is the full price; no further taxes are added. Your licence key is shown on the thank-you page immediately after payment and can be retrieved again with the payment id from your Razorpay receipt. Razorpay does not share your card or bank details with us.

Changes and availability

Instagram changes without notice, and the extension depends on it. We update the extension to keep up, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. If we discontinue the product, Lifetime licence holders will be told at least 30 days in advance and the extension will keep working, without the licensing service, as far as Instagram allows.

Warranty and liability

The extension is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Consumers in other countries keep the protections of their local law.
